SIC

Sophisticated instrumentation center (SIC) was established in September 2011 to expedite the research program at IIT Indore. SIC has now emerged as one of the first such centers in the country providing extensive analytical instrument support to the users of the research fraternity across the country. A major advantage of SIC is its accessibility to the students within the institute as well as to other institutes and industries. A very healthy ratio of students to the time availability on instruments, and quick analysis of external samples makes it a very useful facility.

Millipore contamination analysis kit consists of assorted Millipore filtration products suited for contamination measurement control. The kit includes the apparatus shown below.

Applications

Millipore Test kit is recommended for ensuring conformance to cleanliness standards popularly known as the Millipore Value.
Particle counting and analysis is a critical part of quality assurance in the automotive and electronics industries. Cleanliness analysis is done to quickly determine the particle size, type and the potential to cause damage.
This System is used in many fields including forensic science, semiconductor and optical film thickness measurement, biotechnology and the latest in materials science.
