Sample Submission Procedure for external samples

Option 1:

User can register via I-STEM portal and send samples to us along with filled form and I-STEM documents.

Option 2:

Samples could be sent via post along with a requisition form filled with all essential details.

Sample Analysis Charges can be calculated at – Fee Structure

Bill Settlement:

All costs are per sample and exclusive of taxes (at present GST 18%)

1. By submitting samples to SIC you have agreed upon the following-

2. Report/bill issued by SIC will be used for information purpose only, it will not be used as proof in any dispute/legal matter in any circumstances.

3. Please send and Institute Cover Letter signed by the appropriate authority to get the discount provided for academic institutions.

Sample Submission procedure for Internal students-

2. You can also get forms for submitting your samples at – Sample Submission forms
   After carefully submitting all the required details in the form, the form can be submitted to SIC along with the samples.
